1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between you ("the Player") and isb15 ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of isb15 services, including sports betting, casino games, bingo, promotions and all related features available at isb15.win.

By accessing isb15, registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, or placing a bet, you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally. These Terms apply to all users of the isb15 platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means.

isb15 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication on the platform. Continued use of isb15 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To use isb15, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be accessing isb15 as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on isb15. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different details — is considered a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Any balances, bonuses or pending withdrawals in duplicate accounts will be voided.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that takes place on your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying isb15 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

isb15 will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you share access to your device with others, ensure you log out of isb15 after every session.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on isb15 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). isb15 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

isb15 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of isb15. Always check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account before transferring.

5 Sports Betting Rules

isb15 offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI and Test cricket, football, esports and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on isb15:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where an in-play cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time — the odds shown when you submit your bet slip are the odds that will be recorded.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets are settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market. In most cases, abandoned or void matches result in stakes being returned.
• isb15 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. Where an obvious pricing error has occurred, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing a bet.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the overall bet to be settled as a winner. If any single selection is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator is recalculated at reduced odds.

PSL markets are covered with the same rules applying to franchise matches, eliminator rounds and the final. isb15 covers all six PSL franchises — Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Multan Sultans, Peshawar Zalmi, Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators — across all available markets throughout the tournament.

6 Casino & Bingo

isb15 offers a casino section with slot games, live dealer tables (including roulette, blackjack and baccarat) and a dedicated bingo product. The following terms apply to casino and bingo activity:

• All casino games on isb15 use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer streams. Game outcomes are not influenced by prior results or by isb15 in any way.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface before play begins.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a casino game, the outcome of any in-progress round at the point of disconnection will be determined by the game's RNG result. isb15 is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or technical faults in odds, game mechanics or bonus systems. Any winnings derived from identified errors may be voided.
• Match fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account-level restrictions.

Decisions on prohibited conduct are final.

9 Privacy & Data

isb15 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using isb15, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and use of isb15 — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and betting activity — is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud and comply with applicable requirements.

isb15 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank partners) to the extent necessary to process your transactions.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

isb15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Detection of underage use of the platform.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months — inactive accounts may be closed and remaining balances handled in accordance with the inactive account policy in effect at that time.

You may voluntarily close your isb15 account at any time by contacting support. On closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered PKR payment method within standard processing times.

11 Limitation of Liability

• isb15 is not liable for any losses incurred due to platform downtime, technical faults, or delayed bet settlement caused by circumstances beyond isb15's reasonable control.
• isb15 is not responsible for losses arising from your device's internet connection, browser compatibility issues, or any third-party service failure.
• Betting and gaming involve financial risk. isb15 is not liable for losses you incur through normal platform use — all bets and game stakes are placed at your own risk.
• isb15's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits isb15's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms
